Hi! My name is Emma and I am a senior studying BME. I have been involved with BMES for several years and I am excited to step into this role. This year will have some extraordinary circumstances due to Covid-19, but I hope that BMES can offer the same virtual guidance to students. Hey Guys! I am proud to be the Internal VP for RU BMES. My goal is to make this organization easily accessible to our student body and maintain a strong network between students and the BME Department. A little bit about me, I am currently a Co-Op student with MTF Biologics. Within BME, I am interested in regenerative medicine and medical implants. The future of BME is so exciting! While we all are home and taking classes online, I'm still looking forward to the semester to spend time with friends again and just get back into the groove of college. Hi! I am majoring in biomedical engineering with a track in tissue engineering and a minor in computer science. For fun, I love to ride horses, read books, and play video games. I currently work in Dr. Yarmush's lab on a venipuncture device for the early detection of cancer. I can't wait to meet the new and old members and create new events for you guys to get more involved in and learn more about biomedical engineering. See you soon!

Hi everyone I’m Saige Fallas and I am one of the 2022 class representatives. I am a junior, majoring in biomedical engineering, and I am thankful to be a part of this great board for the year. This is my first year on the BMES board and I am extremely excited to see what this year brings! Additionally, I am also the community service chair for the Society of Hispanic Engineers. One of my favorite things to do is reading and I am also an avid Jeopardy watcher!

Hey, my name is Krithik and I’m a sophomore at Rutgers SOE. I came in freshman year as a BME planning to do pre-med but now I’m just majoring in BME and planning to minor in Psychology. Apart from school, I like to workout , play soccer, tennis, and table tennis. When I’m not outdoors, hanging with friends, or sleeping in, I’m usually binging TV shows. Some of my favorites are Breaking Bad, The Office, Psych, and of course Game of Thrones.
